Veggie bblack bean rollup

Ingredients
.75 cup Bush's black beans, low sodium.66 cup Private Selection Mukimame.5 cup Del Monte diced tomatoes, no salt2 cups Romaine lettuce1 cup Raw spinach.25 cup raw Cilantro1 Joseph's Lavash multigrain flaxseed flatbread2 tsp Honey Dijon mustard
Directions
Shred the romaine lettuce, pull cilantro leaves off stem, chop green onion, pick the stems off the spinach, and add all ingredients to the flat bread. Roll up and enjoy. We use a sheet of waxed paper around and folded over the roll up and just roll it back as you enjoy. Keeps the innards from falling out the bottom.
