Penne Pasta Bake w/Barilla Veggie Penne

12 oz Veggie Penne- Tomato and Carrot1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup shredded hot pepper cheese1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1/3 lbs. ground italian sausage1/2 lbs. ground chuck (80/20)3 cups spaghetti sauce1/2 tsp minced garlic
Boil water, and cook veggie penne pasta.
Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in large skillet, then add chopped onions and minced garlic, cook until softened. Brown ground chuck and italian sausage in skillet. Add spaghetti sauce to skillet and simmer.
When pasta is cooked, drain, then pour into 13x9 casserole dish. Pour meat sauce over penne, then layer cheeses over meat sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
