Caaramel Macchiato Tiramasu (Jello Revision)

4 oz. low fat cream cheese 1.5 cups cold milk1 (3.4) package Butterscotch instant sugar free pudding1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip Free (thawed)1/2 cup hot brewed coffee1/4 cup sugar free Caramel ice cream topping1 pkg. frozen fat free pound cake, cut into 3/4 inch cubes1.5 oz Baker's semi-sweet Chocolate, grated
Beat Cream Cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add in cold milk. Add dry pudding mix. Beat one minute. Gently add 2 cups cool whip.
Mix hot coffee and caramel topping until blended. Place half of the cake cubes in 10 parfait glasses. Drizzzle with half the coffee mixture. Add half of the cream cheese mixture then 1/3 of the grated chocolate. Repeat. Top with remaining cool whip and chocolate. Refrigerate 4 hours.
