Grilled Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Servings Fingerling Potatoes (about 2 cups, chopped)1.5 Cups Vegetable Stock2 Tsp Steak or Chicken Seasoning (whatever brand you prefer)
Directions
Mix the vegetable stock and the chopped potatoes in a glass bowl. Make sure to coat evenly.
Heat in the microwave for 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Add seasoning.
Gently mash potatoes. Leave very lumpy.
On a hot grill pan, spread potatoes, leave until cooked throughout.
Remove from grill, let sit on a plate and serve.
