9 Grain Whole Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
5 oz. Yogurt non fat1 oz. water1/4 tsp salt2 Tbsp. Margarine2 Tbsp. Molasses1/4 c. Egg Substitute1/4 c. Oatmeal (uncooked)2/3 c. Bread Flour2 c. Whole Wheat Flour1 Tbsp. Flax Seed (Ground)1Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast1/4 tsp. Baking Soda1 Tbsp. Pearl Barley1 Tbsp. Buckwheat Oat Grouts1 Tbsp. Rye Berries1 Tbsp. Quinoa.5 Tbsp. Bulger1/4 c. Sunflower seeds1 pkg. Dry Active Yeast
Directions
Soak Rye Berries overnight. Next morning add Pearl Barley, Buckwheat Oat Groates, Bulger, and Quinoa into the pot with the soaked Rye Berries. Add a little more water and cook them on medium heat for about 2 hours or until the grain began to plump. Drain them and Store in the refrigerator until cooled. Add ingredients into bread machine pan in the order you see them, expect the grain. They will be mixed up and you will measure 1/4 c. of the multi grain after you put in the baking soda then after grain is added, pout in the sunflower seeds. Add the yeast last. Do not stir. Set the bread machine pan in the machine and close the lid. Hit the stop button to clear the machine. Hit settings and pick the number for whole wheat. Hit start. Make sure the lid is closed. Walk away and let the machine do its job. Near the end of the baking process, brush the top of the bread and sprinkle some of the grains, oatmeal, and sunflower seeds on the top of the bread. Let it brown on top. Take bread from the pan as soon as the bread is done. Use mittens on your hands to take it out. It will be hot. Cool on a rack and slice into 12 portions with a bread knife.
