Slightly Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
2 tblsp. butter1 medium onion, chopped1 stalk celery with top, diced2 medium carrots, peeled and diced12 mushrooms, slicedpepper, tarragon to taste8 cups chicken stock1 cup beef stock1 can Golden Mushroom soup1 cup milk1 cup cooked wild rice
Directions
melt butter in large pot. add onion, celery, carrots, and mushrooms. cook until onion softens. add herbs. Pour in chicken and beef stocks, add mushroom soup and stir well. bring to boil; turn heat down to low and simmer 1 hour. add rice and milk and cook another 5 minutes.
