Chicken Summer Squash Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz egg noodle2 cups chopped chicken breast1/2 cu chopped onion2 cups sliced summer squash (or zucchini)1/2 cup fat free sour cream3/4 cup fat free milk1 cup Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese1 Can reduced Fat Cream of chicken soup
Directions
Pre Heat Oven to 350 degrees

Bake Chicken and cube
Saute Summer Squash
Cook Egg noodles and set aside
using non fat cooking spray Saute onions. Once brown add in sour cream , milk, soup, chicken, summer squash, and noodles. Mix well and poor into an ungreased casserole dish.
Top with parmesan cheese and bake 30 - 35 min until bubbly

Serving Size: Divide into 8 servings
