Baked Broccoli

Ingredients
2 Heads of Broccoli1/4 cup of ground almond1/4 cup Green Chilies (any pepper will do)2 Cloves Garlic (minced)1 Small Lemon (Juiced)Salt to TasteOlive Oil to coat Dish
Directions
Brush a 13x9 glass baking dish with olive oil. Chop broccoli (stems and all) into bite size pieces. Mince chilies and garlic. Combine all ingredients and salt to taste. Pour into baking dish and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until broccoli is lightly brown and tender.

    Made this with a pasta dish and it was pretty good. I added crushed red pepper along with sprinkling some parmesan cheese at the last 5 minutes of baking. My boyfriend and I ate it all up with nothing left over :) - 12/15/09
