EASY Vitamix brocolli cheddar soup

Ingredients
2 cups low fat milk1 coup shredded low fat cheddar cheese3 cups broccoli, fresh or frozen--but steamed3 Table spoons diced onion1 boullion cube
Directions
Steam broccoli and put all ingredients in blender. Slowly increase speed to 10 and High. Belend for 5-6 minutes until steam escapes from lid.
Make extra steamed broccoli to pour soup over! YUM!
