1/2 cup each Broccoli and Cauliflower, roughly chopped, including stalks1 cup peas, fresh or lightly cooked0.25 cup cheddar cheese, grated0.25 cup dried cranberries1 medium onion, diced3 tbsp light mayo

Mix all ingredients - pop back in the fridge for 10-15 mins to let the flavours settle
