Easy Brown Rice and Black Bean Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown rice1 16 oz jar mild salsa1 14 oz can diced tomatoes1 4 oz can diced mild green chiles1 15 oz can black beans1 3.8 oz can sliced black olives1 cup shredded light mexican cheese
Directions
Cook 1. 5 cups dry brown rice (do ahead of time)
add other ingredients except cheese) and place in a large covered casserole. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until warmed. Put cheese on top and return to oven until melted, about 10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings approx. 1 cup each
