Ingredients
Meijer Omega 3 Egg 600 mmg (1 egg2 SlicesBread, Brownberry 100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat2 slices Jennio O Turkey Bacon (1 slice 30 cal)1 slice Kraft Slim Cut Sharp Cheddar
Directions
Cook Egg as desired
Spray One slice bread with cooking spray
Place in pan, top with egg, cheese and bacon (I microwaved my bacon for 45 seconds)
Spray second slice of bread, top sandwich.
Brown each side. Enjoy
