2 Eggs1 C Pumpkin2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp sugar1 cup milk (I used 2%, but any kind will work)1 C flour3 tbsp hemp seeds
Mix ingridients, wet ones first. Batter will be kind of thick. You can thin a little, but thicker is better for this recipe.
