1 cup Sweet Marsala Wine1 cup fresh mushrooms12 oz Bird's Eye Recipe Ready Marsala Blend or equivalent fresh vegetables of choice2 tablespoons whole grain wheat flour1/4 cup Beef Broth
1. Saute vegetables until soft. Oil is optional and not necessary to soften vegetables cooked from frozen. If you use oil, it is not included in the calorie calculation. Sprinkle with flour.
2. Add wine and stir. Add beef broth and stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until sauce is thickened.
