Pumpkin Spiced Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 c Quick Oats2/3 c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk1/4 c Pumpkin Puree1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ground GingerDrizzle Honey (I used approx 1 TB)1 TB Plain Greek Yogurt3 tsp Maple Agave Nectar (or pure maple)
Directions
Cook oatmeal according to directions, in almond milk instead of water. When done, drizzle with honey, add pumpkin, spices and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt and maple, and dollop on top.
