Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oatmeal, 1 serving(remove)Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .5 cup (not packed)(remove)*Protein supplement, Naturade Total Soy, vanilla, 39 gram(s)(remove)Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed by Flax USA, 5 tbsp(remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp(remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp(remove)Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites, .5 cup(remove)
Beat eggwhites with a hand mixer using the whisk until fluffy. Place all ingredients except beaten eggwhites in a food processor and pulse or blend until mixture is uniform. Pour blended ingredients into a bowl and add the egg whites. Fold until just blended. Prepare a griddle with non-stick, non-fat cooking spray. Ladle pancake mixture into griddle and cook until both sides are browned.
