Sharon's eggsalad

Ingredients

8 or 9 hard boiled eggs.1tbsp sweet pickle relish2.5 tbsp reduced fat mayo1tsp yellow mustard1 tsp lemon juice
1:wash hands
2:after peeling eggs mash them up with your hands. or if you prefer you can take the forever way and chop them up or mash with a fork. I like to have fun and mush.
3:Wash hands again and dry
4: Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
(might want to use a spoon for this one not your hands)
5: refrigerate for 20 minutes if you like it cold otherwise eat away.
makes about 5 servings serving size is about 1/3 cup.
