Tropical Pie

Ingredients
2/3 cup boiling water1 box (3 oz.) pineapple-flavored gelatin2 cups ice cubes2 cups frozen light whipped topping, thawed1 tsb. grated lime zest3/4 cup mango3/4 cup papaya1 (6 oz.) ready-to-fill reduced-fat graham cracker crust1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
Directions
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin begins to thicken, about 1 minute. Remove and discard unmelted ice.

Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping and the lime zest. Fold in remaining, and then the fruit. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle edge of pie coconut. Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set.
