Tuna/Quinoa Cakes

Ingredients
1 cup tuna in water1/2 cup cooked quinoa1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt1 tsp yellow mustard1 large egg white1 tbsp fresh chopped chivessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Form patties and cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving Size: makes 6, 1/2 cup cakes.
