Ground turkey pizza crust

Ground Turkey, 4 oz Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Shredded Mozzarella cheese, .5 cupEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Salt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash
Mix ground turkey, salt, pepper, and any other spices you'd like to have in the crust.
Add olive oil to frying pan, cook ground turkey at medium-high heat, stirring to break it up.
Let turkey cool.
Preheat over to 400F.
In a bowl, beat the egg. Add the shredded cheese, and cooled turkey.
Press into a round baking pan, or into a round shape on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
Flip onto plate.
Serving Size: Makes enough crust for 4 slices of pizza
