Ingredients
3 medium bananas mashed1 cup white sugar1/4 cup buttermilk1 large egg1/3 cup butter1/2 cup post bran flakes crushed1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
mix flour, bran, baking powder, baking soda set aside.
Mix by hand mashed bananas,sugar,buttermilk,egg and butter this should take less than 1 minute now add the dry ingredients and stir until mixed.don't over mix. Place in lightly greased loaf pan set aside for 20 minutes to relax gluten.Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
