Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients
6 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts1 box stove top stuffing mix1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup (or any cream soup)½ cup water or chicken bouillon
Directions
Spray a 3 ½ quart crockpot with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts. Combine stuffing, soup, and liquid. Spread over chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

    I made this without the cream of mushroom soup as I seasoned the chicken breast and left to marinade and slice the chicken and added the stuffing inside then baked in the oven with the stock. It was good but next time I will try the mushroom soup. Great recipe idea!! - 3/8/09

    ....I forgot to add the water/bullion to the recipe so it was somewhat dry. HAD I done that, I feel certain it would've been great. My husband chowed down and loved it. Me... not so much but I'll try it again and this time read a little closer! - 7/27/10

    It was very filling and so easy to do. I used 98% fat free cream of celery soup instead of mushroom and it was really good. I love this recipe!! - 8/20/09
