Chili Chicken Salad

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1C Light Sour Cream7 stalks of green onionJuice of 3 lime wedges1/4 pkg chili seasoning (more or less to taste)1/4 C Shredded Mexican cheese
Spray an 8X8 glass pan with non stick cooking spray. Bake chicken at 450 for about 45 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Shred the chicken and place in a large bowl. Add the sour cream and mix well. Next add the chili seasoning and mix again. Lastly stir in the green onions and cheese and mix again. Spread it on your sandwich, wrap, or leaf of lettuce and enjoy! It is also good just on its own.
