Rosy Pear Compote

Ingredients
6 medium pears, peeled and quartered1 (14oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce1/4 cup sugar1 tbsp. lemon juice1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon1/4 tsp. ground ginger2 medium navel oranges, peeled halved, sliced into 8 slices
Directions
1.In a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray, arrange pears
2. In a saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil; pour over pears
3. Top with oranges.
4. Cover and bake at 350� for 30-35 minutes or until pears are tender. Serve warm.

Serving Size: makes 8 (3 pear quarters, 4 oranges slices, 2 tbsp of sauce) servings
