Flax Power Oatmeal Bread

1 c. dry oats2/3 c. whole milk1/3 c. water3 T. ground flax seed2 1/2 c. bread flour3 T. brown sugar, packed3/4 t salt, kosher2.5 t dry active yeast4 tsp vital wheal gluten
Directions
Add ingredients to loaf pan according to manufacturer's directions and bake as for 1 1/2 lb whole grain loaf. Yields approximately 16 slices.
