Gluten Free Flourless Garlic Pepper Rosemary Crackers

Ingredients
1 Cup Raw Almonds1/4 Cup Raw sunflower Seeds2 T Flax Seed Meal1 - 2 T Fresh Rosemary1/4 tsp fresh Cracked Black Peppercorns2 Cloves Garlic1/4 tsp Sea Salt2 T Olive Oil1 Egg, Beaten
Directions
Blend almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seed meal, peppercorns and rosemary until seeds become a fine texture. (Vitamix or similar blender works the best) In a separate bowl, blend olive oil, garlic and egg until incorporated, then add to blender and mix. Remove from blender and form into a ball. Place mixture between 2 sheets parchment paper and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness. Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil and cook at 300 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until edges are brown and center is crispy. Break into cracker sized pieces. Or, cut the dough before baking.

    i don't understand how I get from rolling the dough between the parchment paper and getting the flattened dough to the oiled pan to bake. Seems like something is left out. - 11/20/16
