Chopped Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans1 can kidney beans1 can pinto beans4 cups chopped cucumber2 cups chopped tomato2 cups chopped onion5 tblsp. chopped fresh cilantro15 tblsp. balsamic vinegar1 tblsp. garlic powderAny other spices you want to taste.
Directions
Add all the chopped veggies together, then cilantro, vinegar, and garlic powder. Sometimes I add a little bit of sea salt as well. Mix all ingredients well. Let it refrigerate for several hours or overnight (Gets better the longer it marinates.) Makes 15 1-cup servings.
