1 cup steel cut oats1-20 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)2 tsp. ground flax seed1 large apple shredded with skin1/2 cup raisins (not packed)1 cup shredded raw carrot1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg1/4 tsp. salt2 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 cup water
Directions
Put all ingredients in oiled slow cooker. Stir well. Cook overnight on low
