Ingredients
Place 1 cup Buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp no salt (potassium chloride) can use salt, in a mixing bowl. Add apple butter, egg, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, honey and melted butter. Add milk and stir together. Fry in skillet adding blue berries to pancake after you place it in the skillet.
