Oven baked turkey rice

Ingredients
3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium1/2 Cup of brown rice3 cup of turkey stock2 diced carrot4 diced celery stalk1 diced red or yellow pepper1 medium onion diced2 cups of diced roasted turkey (left over)5 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
sauter in olive oil the rice, vegies and turkey for a few min in a oven safe pot. ( I use a cast iron pot )
pour the stock and soy sauce and baked for 2 and a half hour. until the rice is tender
