Ingredients
1 lb lean beef stew meat1 lb baby carrots6 oz dry red wine1 lb sliced mushroomsSalt TT
Directions
TOSS meat with flour; place in slow cooker.

ADD carrots, mushrooms, wine, bay leaf and Simmer Sauce; cover.

COOK on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
DISCARD bay leaf. Sprinkle with parsley.
