Sticks Veggie Tofu Frittata

Ingredients
Sprouts Medium Firm Tofu, 85 gram(s) (remove) Mushroom - White/raw, 0.2 cup (remove) Scallions, aw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove) All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white), 4 tbsp (remove) Sticks' Mango Salsa, 1 serving (remove)Obviously you can substitute any veggies or salsa you want for salt/flavor. I make my own salsa to reduce sodium intake.
Directions
Sautee the veggies with either olive oil or light butter. Season to taste.
Add the Eggwhites when all is sautee'd and then flip carefully for a full pan frittata.
