Creamy Mac N Cheese

1 lb box of elbow pasta cooked4 Tbsp Butter 8 oz Easy melt cheese (like velveeta) 2 cups Skim Milk2 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese1.5 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream1/2 tsp ground mustard1/2 cup shredded mozzarella- part skim cheese1-2 Tbsp finely shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare pasta and set aside
melt butter in a pot over low-med heat, add milk and velveeta and break in to small pieces. Stir constantly and when cheese is melted add the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and ground mustard and continue to stir constantly. If it gets to thick you can add a little more milk at a time. When the cream cheese has completely melted and all the ingredients are blended together, stir in the pasta, sprinkle the shredded cheddar over top and serve.
