Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large(remove)Egg white, fresh, 2 large(remove)*Lawry's Minced Onion (dried), 0.25 tsp(remove)Garlic powder, .5 tsp(remove)*Costco - Kirkland Normandy Style Vegetable Blend (Broccoli, Cauliflower, etc), 1 cup(remove)Sweet potato, .5 cup, cubes(remove)*All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray, 0.27 gram(s)(remove)
Directions
spray pan with pam = crack eggs in bowl 2 whole eggs and 2 just egg whites sprinkle minced onions, garlic powder whisk them. Dice up the half cooked sweet potatoe & nuke the veggies til warm then add to the pan sautee then add egg mixture.
