Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach1 cup chopped washed romaine lettuce1 boneless skinless chicken breast (can be replaced with 1 salmon filet)1 cup cherry tomatoes .5 cup standard olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing1 cup of chopped apples
Directions
stir fry chicken in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Toss with allother ingredients except dressing. Add dressing.
