Raw Nori Sub Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Sheet raw sushi nori1 large romaine lettuce leaf1 small tomato1 small cucumber1/2 small red bell pepper1 medium-small avocado1 small mango1/4 cup fresh cilantro1/8 cup mixed greens1/8 cup sunflower sprouts1/2 lemon - juicedsea salt, pinch
Directions
Lay Npri on the counter top, top with lettuce leaf and arrange rest of the ingredients.
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle salt.
Dab open end of nori with some lemon juice and gently roll into a submarine wrap.
Cut sandwich in half and serve.
