Ingredients
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese2 Tbsp Flour1 egg white from large egg1/2 egg yolk
Directions
I used a hand blender to blend ingredients to pancake batter consistency. I sprayed nonstick cooking spray into small skillet and made three small cakes. I cooked them on medium low and flipped them when they were solid enough to do so.
