GF Tagliatelle

Ingredients
1 pkg GF Tagliatelle (I use Glutano)2 Tbl Olive Oil1 ea Onion, chopped1 ea Bell Pepper, chopped1 Tbl Minced Garlic1 lb Ground Chuck1 Tbl Honey2 tsp Chili Powder2 can Stewed Tomatoes2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic and beef. Brown beef, stirring constantly. Drain off excess oil. Stir in honey and chili powder, blend well. Add noodles and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Top with shredded cheese. Serve after cheese has melted.
