3 large eggs separated60gm cream cheese1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Separate eggs.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar together until firm peaks.
Beat egg yolks and cream cheese together until smooth.
Gently fold whites into yolk mixture.
Spoon mixture onto baking paper lined tray to form 6 discs.
Bake in 160 degree oven for 30 minutes or until browned and springy to the touch.
Cool for 2 minutes on tray before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving Size: Makes 6 circles
