Low fat banana bread

Ingredients
eggbrown sugarbananasbuttermilkoilwhole wheat flowerbaking sodasalt
Directions
mix together egg, sugar, banana, buttermilk, oil, salt well with whisk
in a small bowl mix flour, salt and baking soda
add to banana mixture and stir well
bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes
