Cranberries, 227 grams/8 oz Red Sour Cherries, 227 grams/8 oz Orange juice, fresh, .7 cup Orange Zest of 1 orange Ginger, ground, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Stevia Blend for Baking, 6 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp
Squeeze one orange. Pour juice in small pot. Pour in cranberries and cherries. Heat over low flame. When cranberries pop, mash them gently. When sauce is thickened to your liking, remove from heat, and add ginger, cinnamon, stevia and honey. Stir well. Pour into dish to serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator after cool.
