1 bag cranberries1 pomegranate, seeded1 orange, juiced and zested (or several clementines)2 Tbsp water1tsp ginger1 Tbsp molasses1 Tbsp honey
Combine all ingredients except pomegranate
Bring to boil on med-high heat
reduce to med low and cook until thick and cranberries pop (about 10 min)
let cool slightly and stir in pomegranate seeds
stir and chill
