Thanksgiving dressing

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped1 cup chopped celery4 Tbsp. salted butter1 bag Pepperidge Farms Onion and Sage Stuffing1 turkey heart1 turkey liver5 cups chicken broth2 Tbsp. ground sage or to taste2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
Directions
Chop onion, celery, liver and heart. Melt butter and add 3/4 of the onion and all the celery. Cook until about halfway done. Add the meats, sage and poultry seasoning and cook until done. Remove from heat and add rest of onion. In a large bowl, mix stuffing and 4 cups of chicken broth. Add more if needed to make the consistency you want. Stir in meat mixture. Add more sage and poultry seasoning if desired. Spread into a greased or foil lined 9 x 13 pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
