2.5 - 3 pound chuck roast3 packs Italian Dressing Mix1 cup Water
Directions
Marinate Beef with Italian Dressing mixed in water and freeze up to 6 months.

Cook on low for at least 10 hours up to 18 hours.
Shred and serve on rolls or potatoes with a veggie
