Cranberry Salad

2 small packages of cherry gelatin, sugar-free1/2 c. walnuts, chopped1 C. apple, peeled and chopped1 C. celery, diced1 C. pineapple, canned in 100% juice, drained well4 C. water, boiling hot1 14 oz. can Whole Cranberry Sauce
Bring water to a boil; add to gelatin, stirring well until dissolved. Add cranberry sauce and stir until dissolved with jello. (note, there will be pieces of cranberry that won't dissolve) Set in refrigerator and allow to partially set. before adding fruits and vegetables. Since all water is boiling hot, it will take awhile to even partially set. After adding vegetables and fruit, pour into mold, if desired. Allow to set completely. Dip mold into warm water for about 10-15 seconds to allow salad to release from mold (onto a pretty glass plate).
