Chocolate Spritz - low/no sugar

Ingredients
3 sticks of butter1 cup of Truvia Baking Blend1 egg1 tsp almond extract2 1/2 cups flour1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375. Beat the butter on medium speed until creamy. Add Truvia, egg, and almond extract. Beat well. Add the cocoa and flour, one cup at a time. Mix well. Dough will be soft. Do not refrigerate. Fill cookie press. Press dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for ten to twelve minutes. Cool for two minutes before putting on the cooling rack.
