vegan tofu scramble

Half of a block of extra firm tofuBell pepperOnionCurry powderGarlic clove
Sautee the onion till transparent add in the diced pepper, garlic and cabbage. You can use water or add a tbsp of vegan butter to get things going.
Half the block if tofu and press as much of the water out of it as possible then crumble into the sauce pan. Combine everything and then add in the curry powder about 1 tbsp depending on your taste.
Cook together until well combined and everything takes on that yellow eggish colour (if using yellow curry that is) devid into two bowls and serve with what ever other sides you wish.
