Ingredients
1 15oz can of organic pinto beans1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese1 cup salsa1 tsp chopped fresh garlic (optional)
Directions
dump into blender and blend to desired consistency. I eat it cold, but it's good at room temp or warm as well.
