Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped 1 garlic clove, dicedCrushed Tomatoes, 200 grams Tofu, firm, 1 cup Splenda, 2 tspSalt, 1 tsp Tomato Sauce, .50 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 3 tbsp
Directions
Cook onions in oil until clear, add tomatoes & tomato sauce. Add seasonings & Splenda. Cook until thickened, add tofu & parmesan, serve.
