Braised Lamb Shank

1 lb Lamb Shank1 cup snow peas1 cup brown rice salt n pepper to taste
Trim lamb shank and remove excess fat and silver skin.
Season lamb shank with salt and pepper and dredge with flour.
Sear lamb shanks until golden brown. Once all the lamb shank is sear, remove from pan deglaze with red wine and through mirepox and tomatoes and tomato paste.
Place lamb shank in the oven at cook until meat fall of the bone.
Strain some liquid in a pot and reduce until thickens
Cook brown rice
